Boca Raton Regional Hospital opening a new location

Boca Raton Hospital begins 2012 with some good news for the community. The hospital will expand its primary care center with a new facility in West Boca. BocaCare Del Mar will be staffed by two physicians: Dr. Giovanna Crooks and the Brazilian Dr. Fernanda de Oliveira.
BocaCare Del Mar’s new location will be at 7301A W. Palmetto Park Road, suite 100B, opening Saturday, January 7th. During the opening, from 10 AM to 3 PM, a free health screening for blood pressure and body mass index will be offered to the public. Refreshments and facility tours will also be provided.
The site will provide same-day appointments, on-site lab services, and digital X-rays. It also will feature fast track “Quick Care” service for patients with less severe illnesses that can be readily diagnosed and treated during an office visit. According to Frantz Python, President of BocaCare, “The new facility is being developed with a unique team approach and an inter-office communication system that will minimize wait times in the treatment rooms and will maximize the time the patient spends with the nurses, physicians, and specialists.”
