The vice-president of BBG, Monica Ribeiro, will participate in the North Broward Leadership Program, starting in January. She was invited to participate by the Pompano Beach Chamber of Commerce. The program will run for nine months, training community representatives and leaders in current Broward County government policies and structures.

The inclusion of our vice president represents an opportunity to draw the Brazilian community into the Broward business environment, as well as to achieve better representation for BBG and its members before the agencies, institutions and leaders of the region.

Monica Ribeiro brings her extensive administrative experience as a vice president with BankAtlantic to her productive work with BBG and other institutions on behalf of the Brazilian community.
