Aloysio Vasconcellos – President
Aloysio Vasconcellos was Vice President of Citibank N.A. where held positions in the Legal, Corporate and Private Banking sectors ; Legal and Financial Consultant of Embratel Participações SA , Brazil, and the Joint Chiefs of Staff of the Brazilian Navy (CASNAV); Exxon Brazilian Oil Corporation, and Xerox Corporation – Latin American Group, Stamford, USA. Holds a J.D. from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro, Brazil; MBA from Thunderbird School of Global Management, USA. Post graduate (Doctorate Program) work in International Commerce at the University of Paris, Sorbonne, France. Speaks English, Portuguese, French and Spanish.

Monica Ribeiro - Vice- President
Brazilian born in Rio de Janeiro, attended Santa Ursula University with major in Psychology. She started her career in the Retail industry early in life.
In 1988, she moved to United States where she completed various courses at Broward Community College and Florida Atlantic University.
She worked in the Retail Industry as a Retail Buyer, Manager and Director of Retail Operations before starting her career in the Finance Industry.
She is a former Vice President for Bank Of America where she held positions as Branch Manager, Market Growth Leader for North Broward Region and Premier Client Manager. Currently at BankAtlantic, she is the Vice President / Market Manager for the Deerfield Branches since 2006. Monica loves to volunteers in the Brazilian community and served the City of Deerfield Beach Census Committee and currently is a member of the Rotary Club Boca Raton West and Board member of the Pompano Beach Chamber of Commerce. Monica is the Vice President of the Brazilian Business Group.
Laine Furtado - Vice President Director of Communications
Laine Furtado is the vice-president of BBG. She has been involved with the Brazilian Business Group since the beginning of the organization. She is also the publisher and editor of Linha Aberta, a Brazilian Magazine that reaches the Brazilian Community in Florida for more than 16 years. Laine graduated in Journalism from UFJF (Federal University of Juiz de Fora) - Brasil, in August 1991, and finished her master in Theology at SFBC (South Florida Bible College) in June 2000. Mark Journey - Business Director
Mark Journey is a partner with Brinkley Morgan, a full-service law firm which serves the business community in South Florida and abroad. Mr. Journey is a business litigator handling complex commercial cases in federal and state courts for South Florida and Latin American clients. He specializes in a wide range of commercial business and employment issues, including litigation involving management disputes, corporate fraud, trade secrets, contracts, discrimination, real estate matters and election violations. Mr. Journey is fluent in Portuguese and Spanish, having lived more than a decade in Brazil, studied in Colombia and traveled extensively throughout Central and South America.
Daniela Kiralyhegy - Director of Education and Culture
Coordinator of Brazilian Morning Program
Daniela Kiralyhegy is a speech therapist, specializing in voice therapy, with a Master's Degree in Public Health and experience in Health and Education in Brazil. She has taught at the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro, and at the Brazilian Institute of Rehabilitative Medicine. She has done training and development for improvement of business communications and participated in organizing various events such as symposia and lecture series. She has been BBG's Director of Education and Culture since 2009, when she came to the United States.
